IAC has designed and fabricated 12 Bin Vent Dust Collectors to be strategically placed for confined space at a copper concentrate mine, Compañia Minera Condestable S.A. in Cañete, Peru. The collectors will ventilate the following applications:
- Crushing Area
- Material Transfer belts
- Product Discharge belts
- Product Feeder belts
- Discharge Hoppers
The Dust Collectors will help the Copper Concentrate plant to reduce emissions, control dust in key applications, as well as recuperate product from the copper crushing screening process.
IAC is also supplying the parts to refurbish two existing Pulse-Jet Dust Collectors to ventilate the Product Screening Area. Total CFM: 40,000 ACFM
IAC offered continuous technical support and follow-through from project initiation, ventilation equipment selection and answers to questions regarding requirements to operate the equipment. IAC Project Engineers provided on-site technical assistance during the project planning phase as well as supervision during start-up.
