West Coast Drying and Processing Facility:

  • Fast Track Project completed within 6 weeks.
  • IAC’s facility layout designs took into consideration the client’s plans to expand from growing 350 acres in 2019, to 5,000 acres in 2020.
  • IAC procured the conveyors and bagging systems, including routing the feed to the super sack feeder through the building.
  • IAC’s in-house construction team, Adelphi, poured foundations and installed the equipment.
  • IAC designed the power and control systems, and connected the propane system.
  • IAC’s project management, process control, and commissioning specialists ensured the plant was built, tested, and commissioned on time and within budget.

East Coast Drying and Processing Facility:

  • Fast Track Project completed within 6 weeks.
  • IAC deigned and installed the foundation, power distribution, feed and bagging systems.
  • IAC’s Special OPS plant optimization team stayed on the job site after harvest to provide operational support.
  • IAC’s Special OPS team was able to make system modifications on the fly to handle inconsistent sizing of the chopped hemp material, and higher than expected moisture levels due to continuous rains.
